ALERT INFORMATION

Additional FMD Alert Detail Information are available for Solidsoft Reply Systems.

This additional alert and product information is transferred to the NMVS Alert Detail View to improve the information base and speed up the resolution process.

PERFORMANCE INCREASE

Through optimisation measures in the backend system, we will be able to provide a higher system performance in NMVS Alerts Release 3.2.

This will increase the efficiency of the
FMD alert resolution process.

FILTER CRITERIA

With NMVS Alerts Release 3.2 we provide additional filter criteria to the NMVS ALerts List View.

This makes filtering by locations and organisations much more convenient and powerful
