We have expanded our Alert Management System NMVS Alerts with a powerful optional function module called Automatic Business Rules in order to further reduce your workload significantly.

Based on a set of rules that you create and manage yourself, all new incoming alerts are checked. If the alert criteria match those of your set of rules, the alert is automatically processed.

 

Detailed definitions of identification criteria can be defined in every Business Rule. In addition the following automatic processing actions can be set:​

All actions according to the different Business Rules are logged and the processing rule is referenced inside the alerts audit log.
